Passion Music Limited recognizes the importance of protecting your privacy. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal information is protected from misuse or unauthorised disclosure.
When you enrol as a student, Passion Music Limited collects personal information including your name and contact information, as well as information about your interactions with us and billing and/or purchase information. We may use this information for the ordinary operation of our business including, but not limited to, informing students of sessions, events, activities, and other opportunities, and to provide suitable products and services. We may share this information with the student’s tutor in order to contact you in case of an emergency or last-minute change. Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to enter any contact information, for example, we’ll be unable to contact you in case of an emergency or if there are important updates.
You may request a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, or have any queries or comments regarding our storage or use of your personal information, please email Passion Music Limited at contactus@passionmusic.co.nz, providing your name and email address, and details of your inquiry.
